At Nutbes, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver every order in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds, replacements, and cancellations.


🛍️ Returns & Replacements

We do not offer general returns on purchases made through Nutbes.com. However, if your order arrives leaking, damaged, or with any other issue, we’re here to help.

✅ What qualifies for a replacement or refund:

  • Damaged or leaking product received

  • Approved replacement products will be delivered within 5-8 busines days

  • Clear photo proof is provided (damaged product + outer packaging)

ℹ️ Please note: Any request made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

❌ What doesn’t qualify:

  • Product is received as ordered and in good condition

  • Damaged seal or packaging due to misuse or mishandling

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Natural oil separation in the jar (our products do not contain stabilizers or preservatives — simply stir before use)


💸 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are credited within 5–6 business days.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or replacements without valid photographic evidence of damage.

Nutbes reserves the right to accept or decline refund or replacement requests based on the evidence and situation provided.


❌ Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

📦 If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but we’re happy to assist in other ways if needed.

⚠️ Note on Fraudulent Activity

Nutbes reserves the right to cancel any order we find to be suspicious, fraudulent, or made using unauthorized payment methods. If this happens, your payment (if made) will be refunded as per company guidelines, and any applicable cancellation charges may be deducted.
