Ingredients:

2 cups milk (or almond milk)

5–6 almonds

5–6 cashews

2–3 walnuts

4–5 dates (pitted)

1–2 figs (optional)

A pinch of saffron or cardamom powder
Instructions:

Soak all dry fruits in warm water for 30 minutes.

Blend the soaked fruits with a little milk until smooth.

Add remaining milk, cardamom, and saffron. Blend again.
