Dry Fruit Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (or almond milk)

  • 5–6 almonds

  • 5–6 cashews

  • 2–3 walnuts

  • 4–5 dates (pitted)

  • 1–2 figs (optional)

  • A pinch of saffron or cardamom powder

Instructions:

  1. Soak all dry fruits in warm water for 30 minutes.

  2. Blend the soaked fruits with a little milk until smooth.

  3. Add remaining milk, cardamom, and saffron. Blend again.

  4. Serve chilled.
