Dry Fruit Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates (seedless)

  • ½ cup almonds

  • ½ cup cashews

  • ¼ cup walnuts

  • 2 tbsp raisins

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)

  • 1 tbsp ghee (or coconut oil)

  • Cardamom powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 mins (if hard).

  2. Finely chop or blend all dry fruits.

  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add dates and mash.

  4. Add chopped nuts and stir for 3–4 minutes.

  5. Add cardamom, mix well, and let it cool slightly.

  6. Shape into small balls. Store in an airtight container.
