Ingredients:

1 cup dates (seedless)

½ cup almonds

½ cup cashews

¼ cup walnuts

2 tbsp raisins

2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)

1 tbsp ghee (or coconut oil)

Cardamom powder (optional)
Instructions:

Soak dates in warm water for 10 mins (if hard).

Finely chop or blend all dry fruits.

Heat ghee in a pan, add dates and mash.

Add chopped nuts and stir for 3–4 minutes.

Add cardamom, mix well, and let it cool slightly.

Shape into small balls. Store in an airtight container.
