Dry Fruit Chikki (Nut Bar)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup almonds

  • ¼ cup cashews

  • ¼ cup pistachios

  • ½ cup jaggery

  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast nuts for 2-3 mins.

  2. In a pan, melt jaggery with a spoon of water until it forms a syrup (hard-ball stage).

  3. Mix in nuts quickly and spread onto a greased surface.

  4. Cut into bars while warm.

Benefits: Great as a post-workout snack, iron-rich, boosts immunity.
