Ingredients:

½ cup almonds

¼ cup cashews

¼ cup pistachios

½ cup jaggery

1 tbsp ghee
Instructions:

Dry roast nuts for 2-3 mins.

In a pan, melt jaggery with a spoon of water until it forms a syrup (hard-ball stage).

Mix in nuts quickly and spread onto a greased surface.

Cut into bars while warm.
